Good day

I am very proud of Vodacom as it has never failed me. A week ago i was struggling with my network coverage where I phoned the contact center to complain. I spoke to a lady who took my case seriously. She took me thorough the steps on how to search the network she was so patient with me even when i was shouting and frastrated, she even phoned me back 3 times to find out if i was connected. She then continued to log a ticket for the nertwork department to come and check the server where i stay and they phoned me back to check if i could connect to the internet.

I can now connect without hassles
