Happy customer
I would like to thank Leonard the technician that was at my house on Wednesday restoring my faith in Vodacom again AND also the guy who assisted him on Vodacom's side. The two guys were so patient with me and my concerns. They really did everything in their power to resolve the issue that I've been struggling with for the past THREE months. I wish other people could be as passionate as you guys doing their jobs.
I also appreciate the follow-up calls from the other guys to fimd out if I'm happy. This is what we as customers want and appreciate. Not like the other calls previously logged and was just cancelled, without confirming if I'm happy.
So far so good. You guys rock!!!!
