Happy about price plan change.. Issue when canceling

I like the fact that Vodacom allows us to change the plan from contract to a prepaid should u have difficulties paying.. Without the bill going up...

But can you please help me cancel my cellphone insurance I sent an email 11 June for the cancelation.. I would to cancel my Computer Laptop & Tab Insurance (R10***0) of R129.57
