Hangs Up Phone

I have attempted to contact Corne Fourie fourie [dot ]corne [at] vodacom [dot] co [dot] za today to have a reasonable conversation about her not doing her job as a Special Investigator in Bellville Cape Town.

She has hung up the phone on me multiple times and refuses to help me with a simple query. This is ******** behaviour in itself and I will be opening a case with SAPS.

I have not received my clearance letter for a ********** account opened in my name. My credit profile has seriously affected because Vodacom has a culture of not helping customers.
