Hang up if Vodacom calls you

Late last year Vodacom called to offer my husband a Tablet for R110 a month. He asked if they could call back the next day to confer with me. We declined the offer as we have an Ipad, yet the tablet was delivered. We contacted Vodacom who came and collected the unwanted tablet and promised to cancel the deal, yet every month without fail we are billed for something we declined and neither have. Every month we call in to try and sort it out and are promised a refund. Yet again I have a new bill for the new month. You are informed that the call is recorded, so why don't they listen to the recordings. Trying to speak to someone who will help is like pulling chickens teeth. Vodacom you are pathetic, and your so call service is much to be desired. If Vodacom calls you to offer you something regardless what it is just hang up or you will be billed regardless. Great ******* **** guys.
