Handset was returned and signed for
We did an upgrade on ********** 560 with a samsung s10 prism green my wife did not like the phone so we returned it by vodacom couriers on monday Sello signed for the package and on friday I phoned vodacom online and was told that the upgrade will be cancelled abd that we will revert back to our old package before the upgrade . when I looked at the bill so far on ********** 560 I got a big shock vodacom charged as R14812 for Equipment Balance of contract.Please I need this fixed before the end off the month
