Handset still on back order, a month later

I upgraded my contract on January 6, 2015 on [URL Removed] As my handset was on back order, I prepared myself for a 2 week wait. Nearly a month has passed and as I received no feedback, I started the process of enquiry:
1. 2014-02-03, tried unsuccessfully to contact several departments including ***4 and ***, as your dropped call record should reveal.
2. 2014-02-04, spoke to Sales and Upgrades ***4 twice and been cut off thrice.
3. ***, where, following the voice prompts for Upgrades, I ended up in Technical Department, where Nonfanelo stated they are aware of error and apologised
3. tried to cancel on ***, where Thokozime referred me to ***, where Kgomotso(Aftersales) directed me to ***4, where Fezi (Customer care) transferred me to Merylin Bond at the online Sales Depart.
4. Merylin informed me:
a. my requested handset is not on back order, but discontinued.
b. my new contract was not in effect, as I have not received my new handset yet.
c. I will not be able to speak to \someone in a superior position"";Mr/Mrs Superior Position Person"""
