Handset Charge - No device for 6 months

Hi there,

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 on contract in October 2016, in total it has been in for repairs 8 times, 4 times for the same issue, I have a loan phone for the last 3 months and in total have not had the device for almost 6 months of my 24 month contract. I keep getting advised that "No Fault Found" but I have sent video proof of the fault. Please make sure that I get refunded for the handset charge for all the time I have not had the device. Also I am sure that you are just waiting for my upgrade date, so that you do not have to give me a new device. So it looks like I will just be keeping the loan device?

Regards Shane
