handed phone in for repairs approx one month ago

Handed phone in for repairs.One month still without phone.Brand new model no spares available in South Africa.Requested a replacement ,no answers received.Received e-mail on 22 Feb 2016 that phone is ready for collection.Arrived at repair center no phone. Called Call Center requested to speak to Nosabatha Funo who wrote the e-mail.Vodacom ,Lerata confirmed that no such person are working for Vodacom.<br> <br> <br> This is my last contract with Vodacom and believe me i never received such poor service from any other outlet. Avoid them.<br> <br>
