Handed over to legal !!!!!! I DO NOT OWE YOU MONEY!!!!!

Vodacom debited me for a phone I did not have, they paid back the premiums owed to me but when I tried applying for a new contract in 2021 i was declined becuase they say I have been handed over to legal for an outstanding payment! the system reflects I owe nothing to vodacom! please clear my name with legal - this will affect my credit score! i do no owe Vodacom any money as per your system! i have sent numerous emails and no one gets back to me to resolve this
