Handed over to attorneys without a valid reason.

<p>On 17 January I received an e-mail from Vodacom appointed attorneys with the following content:</p> <p>FINAL LETTER OF DEMAND</p> <p>Due to no arrangement and payment on your Vodacom account we have proceeded with a Summons Commencing Action.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 17 January I contacted Vodacom customer services and they assure me that my account is up to date.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 17 January I sent an e-mail to Vodacom Legal department informing them that nothing is outstanding from my side, I also copied the representative of the attorneys.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 25 January the attorneys contacted me again informing me that Vodacom legal department hasn't responded as yet.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 25 January I visited Vodacom Customer Care and got a statement from them with the proof that nothing is outstanding on the account in question.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 26 January i was informed by the attorneys that Vodacom took back the case, I requested an e-mail stating that my account was up to date, never received the e-mail.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 26 January I contacted Vodacom legal dept informing them that I was contacted by the attorneys, I also them for an e-mail stating that my account is up to date and that I have been handed over to the attorneys wrongly. I was told to speak to the Cancellations dept. I tried to contact them without any success.</p> <p> </p> <p>I can't speak about service, because there was no service wrt the account matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please help</p> <p> </p>
