HANDED OVER IN ERROR
I'm applaud by the level of service from Vodacom, I will never use this cellular network AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They decided to hand over my account to Burnard Raaf & Associates in error. This is really affecting my credit score on Experian and I'm unable to do anything because of their careless mistake. It's been months and I have not received a settlement letter because I've been going back and forth with their incompetence because someone doesn't know how to do their job.
I WILL NEVER USE THIS YOUR CELLULAR PROVIDER AGAIN AND I WILL ADVISE MY BUSINESS ASSOCIATES NOT TO USE YOU GUYS AS WELL BECAUSE YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC.
SEND MY SETTLEMENT LETTER IN 24 HOURS!
