Handed over for prepaid account??!!
My cellphone is prepaid, top up, no monthly fees... yes I'm getting harassed by a collections agency because my account was handed over to them??!! How do you guys get that right? No agents answer the help lines either. No wander they make them free calls... cos we wouldn't have airtime left if the calls were charged for.
Please fix this issue with my account immediately

Since may?
I was never sent anything from vodacome before being handed over to say this amount was outstanding.
The phone contract would not have been taken over to prepaid if there was money outstanding.
You guys handed me over for 35?
Would have cost vodacom less in the form of an sms or email to say the account still needed a payment... which never happened.
The service is really bad.

This matter needs to be sorted out asap because you guys are ruining my credit profile with your slack accounting.
This contract should have never been changed to prepaid if it was not paid in full, and you guy told me the amount due to end the contract. Which was paid. Now 35 comes up... since may... which I was never aware of and it's gone from that to over 1700 by this agent you use.
Disappo8nting as I've been a customer for many years .
