HANDED OVER FOR A CANCELLED CONTRACT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
I had a cellphone contract with Vodacom ---- ***.
February 2018 I was due for an upgrade but decided to cancel the contract. See attached is the e-mail.
September 2019 I realised that Vodacom has handed me over and blacklisted me for the contract that was cancelled in February 2018. TAKE NOTE::::::: No communication whatsoever, not even A STATEMENT was sent to me during this time.
So this is what I don’t understand:
1. How am I handed over for a contract that was cancelled a few months short of two years ago. 2. The number was allocated to another contract. 3. Why did Vodacom not contact me via my email which never changed. 4. According to the credit bureau I owe Vodacom ----- R 6 027.00 5. According to RM Attorneys I owe Vodacom ------ R 4 830.60 6. According to Vodacom I owe them ------ R 2 940.00
RM Attorneys says they cant help me this is according to Vodacom and guess what??? Vodacom says they cant help me as this account is now handled by RM Attorneys??
So I am stuck with *********** people not willing to assist and sort out this issue!! In the meanwhile my name is blacklisted for money that according to me I don’t even owe!!!
The fact that we cancelled this contract is being ignored and now i am furhter treathend to legal action!!
