handed over even after my my case was resolved

after my identity was ****** and ********** contract was obtained under my name, for the past 13 months I have been communicating with vodacom ***** department to resolve the matter. The matter was resolved after sending couple affidavits, but my credit report with ICT still say I owe vodacom over R10 000. i have been send from pillar to post by vodacom legal and ***** department. AND AS YOUNG PERSON STARTING A BUSINESS THIS IS TURNING MY LIFE TO LIVING HELL!
