Handed my account over to Hammond Pole Attorneys

I'm very surprised about what vodacom did to me, this morning (17/02/2016) I received the following email <br> <br> Good day Mr Nombula<br> <br> <br> With regards to the above mentioned account that was handed over to Hammond Pole Attorneys, the current outstanding balance of R 675.74.<br> <br> File has been prepared for a court roll and summons will be served by the sheriff of the court on the address provided.<br> <br> Please note that the minimum payment acceptable towards this account, to PEND legal action is R235.00<br> <br> In order to protect your personal information, I have not included your ID number<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Thembeka Mthethwa<br> CCAgent 134<br> Hammond Pole Attorneys <br> ( *** ? ***<br> \ [Email Removed] \" [URL Removed]<br> <br> I then rep**** to them to call me back, I was so shocked that I have an outstanding account while I never received any call/email from vodacom that my account has arrears after paying the outstanding 2015, The attorney (Thembeka) who gave me a call was so rude & lie that my contract was from July 2013 whereas it was from Nov 2012. I fail to understand why vodacom decided to hand me over to the attorneys without telling me that I have an outstanding amount"
