Hand out of personal information

<p>On the 5th of May 2017 my ex-husband paid my vodacome account at the Cavendish branch and was given all my personal information, not to mention he was printed a copy of my invoice making my address known and my safety put at risk. My account was to be paid by my ex as an arrangement at the time of divorce and now with this information been handed over, without my permission, payment on this account from his side has been refused. after speaking to Operations managers, head office staff and regional managers, some of the reasons i was given was that 1. staff recognized him from when we were married (3 years ago) 2. in their minds they were doing the right thing. 3. he had the cash and was paying an account which gave him permission to my details. the last comment i got was that vodacom can do NOTHING for me.. THANKS VODACOM!!!! i seriously cant wait for this contract to end so i no longer need to deal with you. </p>
