half of promises being done

Hi<br> I just about had enough, that why people, me have left vodacom, they don't care about customer care, their stores or stores selling their products and services, don't care about customer service of any sort and vodacom does nothing about it or to govern it. my mum moved to the indented package she was supposed to be on from the 1st of May. But half of the promises made at the store never realized, like where she can buy via the phone as I understand 1gig for R80 and where this can be added for every month. And even the sms bundles promised also never came. As I understand it the store would have called her before 1st of May to finalize the promises and so on, But this also never happend!My mother lost R70 of her package airtime because of empty promises! This just proves to me again that vodacom is the worst network ever! How can they be ever the best network for smart phones or for any phones, if their customer service across is so bad and when their so expensive?!? Please for once make right with my mother!! my number is *** and her number is ***
