Had enough of vodacom

Absolutely nothing has changed since my last issue. I have done everything I can to resolve this situation with Vodacom, whle you as the business has done nothing. I will be taking Vodacom to the Office of the Consumer Protection and further steps will be take legally. Absolutely disgusted by your level of customer service. In fact the level of customer service is nonexistent!
