Had a network issue for months, NO ASSISTANCE!!

After many months still no assistance from VODACOM. UNEXCEPTABLE!!! I Have a network problem at my residence and need Vodacom to solve this problem. I can't make calls, make use of my data etc. Yesterday I had to make an emergency call and once again no signal. I am over this!!! I have been a loyal customer for many years and this is the service I get. And then one of the thousands of people I spoke to said it is not Vodacom's problem that I moved to a area with poor coverage... what???? I stay in Boksburg not on a deserted island. SO DISAPOINTED and FED UP!!!
