hacking SOS HELP!!!!!

 All my moms accounts and numbers have been duplicated sim swapped- I have been hacked on all my cellc accounts , they loose connection , goes on and off as the hacked views what I am doing , he has sim swapped or duplicated everything , my network shows Vodacom instead of cell c-this man that is hacking me is a computer expert , has been hacking all my phoned past 7 years ,I only discovered it a year ago, he is on everything , my rain my work every google account ,he must be working with a vodacom operator-he blocks me so that i cannot send anything from anywhere,his name is vic ,not sure about surname,his sel nr-***,he stays in waverley pretoria ,i think he is using his wife, that passed away,june/july 2021 phone which he hacked my numbers ***,is my new account and phone , he is on google everything ,please help 

Good Day , just to mention, Vodacom , has after my complaints and request, regarding hacking and my moms phones being hacked, on all her Vodacom accounts , and reports of countless agents phoning my mom, attempting to get her to sign for a wifi deals ,and urging her to go to sleep as her data has expired , (even if she as a 76 year old gets 20g per mom, and should suffice for someone only using WhatsApp and going on Facebook maybe once a day for a few minutes),now got her to upgrade per month on her accounts , which I am so unhappy about and here is the reason-what I had discovered even the same day they had convinced her to upgrade….the shocking revelation and shocking discovery ….(after asking Cell and Vodacom over a period of months to investigate possible *****, by possible Vodacom , gone rogue agents???)—I had discovered , after my mom had sent me her phone and sim card for me to examine ….that on her Vodacom phone and number-***, that that number has been used, by someone, Vodacom ???? someone with a double sim card???had used her number and on her phone (when she had gotten the phone asked someone not to connect it to any email , she just wants to phone), has used this number of her , connected it to email , but my email?????? And that is how they just kept on hacking myself and her, it has been on my email account –*** , for such a long time , I never realised it was this number of her , I have been seeing this number on my email account and because of being blocked by the hacker on every email and phone was not able to delete it ,…when I looked at the phone she sent me I actually found , some entry on an google account , stating emergency and contacts of Shell???????? Also when I phone with that sim in her phone , it shows x2 phones , one left and one right phoning , one saying Vodacom and other not saying….with x2 pictures of a network , one left on the phone and one right of the phone , also all calls can be heard is recorded , as a peep goes off before each call….that is why a while back Vodacom mentioned she has no more dialing minutes to phone and that she used the dialling minutes as data , she told them she does not have WhatsApp or internet or WhatsApp on that phone she uses, well obviously , data gets given to some , while unsuspecting like myself and my mom pays for it , possible double sims cards are given and the either numbers are sim swapped , but now I sit with all my cell c numbers hacked and all my mom’s Vodacom numbers hacked and duplicated, we pay for other people to use and misuse what we pay for , they have invaded our rain wifi now , cell c everything My mom’s numbers on Vodacom-***,my email address and then the actual number that should be connected , to my actual phone I am using is -***, yes this is a cell c number but when I enter my sim card it shows cell c but is shows network as Vodacom, also the progression of the hacking then x1 weekend ago , then did not even show my cell number and just Vodacom ,then not even Vo….Please help if your company has any integrity left please!!!Vodacom ?????
