Hacking of trust account

Good day

My Absa Trust account was hacked on the 25th of April 2017 via ******* sim swap at Vodacom. On the day that the monies was withdrawn out of my account I went to Vodacom Ermelo branch and asked them what was wrong with my phone since the message on my phone showed no service. I did not receive any messages on my phone that I requested a sim swap. My phone just showed no service. The clerk at the counter informed me that this was a software problem and I left my phone with them to sort out the problem. After an hour I returned and the answer was still the same they are trying to sort out the problem. I went back to the shop three times and eventually left my phone untill 16:45 when I returned and the lady said they do not know what the problem is I had to do a sim swap, which they did. Unaware of the fact that all my monies was withdrawn on the 25th. When I draw a statement on the 29th of my account at Absa I saw that all my monies was withdrawn on the day that my phone was with Vodacom. When I confronted Vodacom with this I was informed that a sim swap was done on my phone via their call centre. When I asked him why did they not inform me that someone already did a sim swap on the said date his answer was that the people at the Ermelo branch could not go into my profile (bull****). If they informed me that a sim swap was done on my phone I could have informed the bank not to allow any transactions on that day and the whole mess could have been avoided. An amount of R120 000-00 was ****** out of my account and Absa offers to pay back half of it. I am of the opinion that Vodacom and Absa are liable for my loss.
