My Vodacom Samsung phone has been hacked !

I provided proof via photos on my iPhone and physical proof and they refuse to help me and say that I must throw the phone away because there is a pin lock for sim on even to try switch it off…………………..

NEVER TRUST VODACOM WITH YOUR PERSONAL DETAILS. ………………………. They don’t give a **** about you, your security and safety.

To top it off It’s a Vodacom phone It’s a Vodacom sim I have a contract monthly.

So if your security is ever breached, basically get over it and just throw your device away?

How is this actually possible and legal ?
