Hacked and FSP(Vodacom) does not care

Shocking feedback, I was hacked, and the service Provideer does not care! My phone started in March not showing the caller's name. Then I called Vodacom and they told me it was changed as ussuall no explanation who changed it. Then they rectify it to show the caller's name. By end of April 2016 I received a suprise gift that I owe Vodacom R20K on DATA usage. I called them to inform them about it, and request an ivestigation but what they did(Trisha) just said I have to pay because she have my serial number of the phone I use and all it's details. Why must we FICA/RICA and the service provider is unable to trace anything and ask me to provide proof that I did not use the DATA. Why will I say that I did not use it? Who can investigate for from Vodacom or who must investigate this case for me as Vodacom just don't care. Surely the must be a way to trace from when and how, by whom that this DATA was used. Why when they notice that the account is above the normal use call me as you customer and enquire? I am now given a statement that I used DATA from 21:00 until early hours of day. The feedback that maybe something was updating that time is not an answer from investigation. Does Vodacom have RISK department, that look after their customer spending of out of norm to call them and verify this. Is the record keeping that what is your customer using and when there are huge changes that you must contact them? rather than waiting to have a huge loss then start to finger point at customer. I will appreciate that the detailed feedback on when did this started, where and on which phone(RICA) and how can this phone be traced. And how long will this investigation take?

Regards

Masosi
