HACKED ACCOUNT

On Christmas day 2016 the first "Sim Swop" sms was sent to my cel. I immediately phoned Vodacom. They just responded with "That's not allowed, we will cancel the request". Since then, there was 4 sim swop requests by new years day. The only option was to block the sim till we were back from our holiday at the coast. I spend 2 full weeks trying to get it sorted. Going from one Vodacom shop to another, service center to another. The service was useless. In January, Vodacom managed to debit my bank account with R36,000! Thanks to FNB, we got it reverses. I made more calls to Vodacom Legal division, just to find out that there is another debit order of R31,000 pending for February. I had no option but to cancel my 13 year contract with Vodacom and move to another service provider. Although the contract is cancelled, they are still debiting me and to date I have not received a single explanation or apology. They tried to blame my bank ... no, this is internal at Vodacom. They need to investigate my complaint and give me feedback!!
