ha phone for two days

I bought a new phone from vodacom newpark kimberly used it for 2days phone was switching off when you lock phone send it in for repairs got it back 2 weeks later then it had same problem. they said could not replace coz 7 day replacement period was over. im still waiting 4 phone its in repairs for a month now. they dont want 2 replace phone .i lost a job coz I did not have a phone
