GUTTED!
Utterly disgusted with Vodacom, been a loyal customer for many years and the poor service from vodacom repairs and vodcom insurance i recieved today is appauling! Was told that my insurance claim was REJECTED reason being that my phone is not covered for LCD screen due to mechanical damage! only for physical damage.Yet every month there was no excuse from me for the debit to go off! Funny how the consultant that signs you up always says "dont worry if anything happens to the phone YOU ARE COVERED AND SAID NO LIMITATION ! i will be cancelling insurance and my Vodacom contract and never do business nor recomend them to any one.
