GRUMPY VODACOM SALES GUY
Good day Vodacom
Yesterday i was at one of your stores at Vodacom shop in strand street Cape Town CBD (PICBEL) I WAS ASSISTED BY A LESS ENTHUSIASTIC SALES GUY . HE WAS UNWELCOMING AND QUIET FRANKLY SCARY . HE WAS NOT POLITE AT ALL AS A RESULT I STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED MY MATTER.
I WAS THE FOR AN ITC REF NUMBER I STILL DIDNT GET IT , I CALLED THE STORE TODAY SEVERAL TIMES AND EVENTUALLY HE ANSWRED (JOHN JOSEPH) STILL UNWELCOMING EVEN ON THE PHONE . I WAS GOING TO ASK FOR THE REFERENCE NUMBER INSTEAD HE BIT MY HEAD OFF AND HANG UP.
NOT SURE WHY HE IS IN SALES IF HE IS SO MISERABLE AT WORK .
