Groundhog day

I want to cancel my month to month contract but there is only the call centre option or some or other email address both of which inevitably end up with numerous harrassing phone calls with consultants trying to convince you to sign up for another contract or giving you some super dupa unheard of deal which is actually Bull S H I T when you actually get your account at the end of the month(I know because I speak from experience). So from a simple request to cancel your contract you end up with neverending harrassment and the resultant associated problems and stress. Is there a way that you can contact Vodacom and cancel your contract in a stress free manner without some consultant phoning you and placing every conceivable obstacle in the way of the cancellation just to get a sale.... Now we wait for the reply from Vodacom who will be very sorry to hear about my un pleasant experience with them and they will get a consultant will contact me shortly. Vodacom is like "Groundhog day"
