GROSS INCOMPETENCE - 1 MORE CUSTOMER LEAVING ! ! ! ! ( loyal customer for 15 years )

<p>The Vodacom - system and incompetant employees are letting you down: ( ********** - prepaid )</p> <p> </p> <p>I am trying to apply for a data 1GB contract ....what a mistake !!! ...it's impossible , the people on ground level bend over backwards ( Quinten Henning - branch manager at Vodashop - Mooiriver Mall ) ...BUT YOUR STAFF AT VODACOM , doing the authorisations and handling applications are SO SO INCOMPETANT !!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>1st - my name and ID-number did not match - according to the Vodacom system ....the consultant manged to log an ERROR . ( miracle )</p> <p>2nd - Vodacom system INCORRECTLY reflects that I have a bad credit record and I am listed on ITC.</p> <p>I registered with Trans Union , paid R80.00 for a FULL credit report and dropped it of PERSONALLY with Quinten Henning , who actioned it there and then infront of me.( thank you Quinten)</p> <p> </p> <p>Then I receive an email from Trans Union notifying me ....Vodacom is doing a credit check on me !!!!...well done , some incompetant person does not know what he is doing .</p> <p> </p> <p>It leaves such a bitter taste knowing there are SO many unemployed people out there that would give anything just to have a job and receive an income and some incompetant , useless individual can not do the job which he/she is getting PAID for. </p> <p> </p> <p>I don't need your data - Vodacom ! ! ! ....I am sure you don't need my money / business ! ! </p> <p> </p> <p>Maybe it's time to re-look / review your CUSTOMER SERVICE - policy ? ? ? </p>
