Gross handover to lawyers for blacklisting

Good day,

So Vodacom handed me over to some lawyers who started threatening me with a bill of R37000 for a contract that I am paying R1070 a months for the past 24months. The contract expired in February 2023 and it is currently due for an upgrade. The last payment I made was August 2022 and Then again in February 2023. So I asked a simple Question how did we get to R37000 that you grossly handed me over for, and no one absolutely no one can break it down for me, not the lawyers who black listed me nor Vodacom's subscriber collections. I also noticed that on the statement they send me they combined my business line and my private line. My business contract is billed to my employer while my private contract is billed to me, This has caused me so much pain and suffering because of the error on Vodacom's side and now I am handed over and no answers are coming . So please be extra careful when taking contracts particularly if you stay longer with a service provider because they end up taking you for granted, I have been a client with Vodacom for over two decades on contracts always renewing and renewing and now look at what they are rewarding me.

Reviewer Update
Good day,
I have received the revised Statement,
However, I still have not received answers and or an apology in terms of false amount of R37 000.00 you initially threatened me . Further , I just received a call from MBD insinuating a blame on me for the error made neither Vodacom nor MBD account for the error thereto, nor see the need to apologies for this gross negligent on their side.
How do I now prove this revised statement that is is indeed correct and not false? What about the panic , suffering and pain that this error has caused and placed in me for the past few days?
I would like for you to relook at this matter and, Imagine if you received this from a service provider and Legal Services wouldn’t it place you in the same predicament? Before I seattle this amount, It is my request that you consider my reasons stated above, holistically relook at the matter and where the error emanated from in guarantees that you will then implement a quality control mechanism or procedure and process that verifies that whatever you send to the customer is proved correct and accurate prior to the customer receiving it as this will mitigate such error from reoccurrence, not damage your brand, and guarantees me as a customers to continue my good service with Vodacom now and for the future also it safe guards other customers who might have received the same error or are more likely to receive it soon if not already. It will bridge the gab between the two of you Vodacom and MBD by closing in on these gabs because clearly there is a big disconnect and I as Vodacom’s customer I am in the middle by default and it shouldn’t be.
I am looking forward to hearing back from you that this matter can be put to bed!
