Greenstone Manager told me they not gonna refund me ( 7 days policy) had phone for 4 days
After 14 years with Vodacom, this is the sh*t service i get from you?
I bought a phone on 6th Jan 2018 cash redmi 4a dual sim card. According the their advert the price for the phone was R1999.99. I went to greenstone all to buy the phone and Bella was helping me. when she scanned the phone price was now R2300.00. She went and consulted the same person that told me they won't refund me (Manager). I decided to buy it cause difference was not that much. I was told that the phone takes 2 sim cards Nano and micro sim.
We both tried to install the sim cards with no avail, decided I will take the phone and sort the 2nd sim card later as i needed to take my daughter out for a movie. 3 days 8th Jan 2017 trying to sort out the 2nd sim, decided to call vodacom and I was advice to take the phone back to the shop to have this sorted, or get a new phone or refund. Went to lakeside mall, was told they don't deal with dual sim cards, went to golden walk, told the same thing. Decided to go back to green stone and I told them i bought the phone because it takes 2 sim cards. Sim 1 personal use and 2nd sim for work.
Manager told me they can't help me because their consulted Bella did not explain to me that vodacom does not issue dual sim card phones. He told me the company will be losing if they take back the phone, meaning I must loose R2300 in 4 days because his stuff was *********** to advice me that the phone takes 1 sim?
Please ppl stay away from vodacom. I'm still within the 7 days policy, but they refuse to refund me or give me another phone. they don't give a fu*k.
I'll be contacting my legal team for this. 14 years been a loyal customer and you give me this sh*t?
