greedy vodacom pt 2

This complaint is linked to my previous complaint titled greedy vodacom. Vodacom was and still is *****ing airtime from me, as result I lodged the complaint referred to above. Vodacoms solution to the complaint was to offer me 1gb of data per month for the remainder of my contract, which I gladly accepted. I was told the data would reflect by the 3rd of every month. Now for the second time it's days after the 3rd and still no data leaving me to chase up promises that vodacom offered. That just shows how little vodacom thinks of their customers, they aren't even willing to keep their promises to their customers. I'm loosing faith very fast vodacom my business goes with my faith.
