Greedy vodacom again
<p>I am a long term customer of vodacom with 2 contracts, one a cell phone contract and one data contract. 5gb of data on the data contract costs R289 while 5gb on the cell phone contract costs R399. I've often topped up my data line with 5gb at R289 but today greedy vodacom suddenly charges R399 for 5gb on my data line. How?! You make so much money, especially off data! How can you justify charging more? That's just greed in an exceptionally high amount!</p> <p>Data line number ********** 370</p> <p>Phone number ********** 748</p> <p> </p>

Day 3 of my problem and nothing has changed, I didn't even receive a call about it. Pathetic service from vodacom so far!

My problem still persists and still no one has contacted me from vodacom. This is the definition of poor service from South Africa biggest cellular provider.
