Greedy vodacom

How greedy can one company be? Vodacom have forfeited R176 of my airtime because I didn't use it within 2 months. That is absolutely disgusting!! How can airtime expire? That's like saying the money in my bank will expire if I don't use it within 2 months. I mean how greedy can you be Vodacom? You already have my money, now you are telling me that I can't use the airtime that my money has bought? <br> <br> The least Vodacom could have done is send out a warning sms informing me that I was about to lose R176 of my hard earned money before taking it, that way I could have at least bought data. <br> <br> Vodacom sends out warning sms's when data is about to be depleted , so why not do the same with airtime that's about to be forfeited? <br> <br> I have been with Vodacom for years and have 2 contracts with them but this type of greed just makes me sick, it seems its time to change service providers.
