Greedy company

Start of May I sent the below email to Vodacom and still have not had a response from them , I’m not sure if they are waiting for next month to come so they can keep deducting my money , they service is disgusting they do not care about their clients , I would not advise anyone do business with them .

They are acting like *****’s in this instance, with them taking extra money from my original contract and not returning my funds.

I received a debit order on the 29th April 2020 of R1156.14 from Vodacom which is incorrect , when i sent Vodacom an email to explain why the amount was so high i was advised that a device had been taken under my contract as an upgrade which I did not authorize , the contract was taken at Vodacom 4U Hazyview , I'm from Pretoria North I’m surrounded by at least 5 Vodacom’s why would I go to Hazyview.

First of all I do not use my above mentioned number , I do not use the data nor do I use the airtime , you can pull the records of that number and check you will see it is inactive , so why would I go to a place I don't even know get an upgrade with more features and packages on it when the existing one is not even been utilized ?

I refuse to pay for something I do not have and did not authorize , I'm very upset with this matter as I believe Vodacom is taking advantage of me , first time I took the contract I signed for a deal of R99.00 ( find attached ) instead I got charged R129 every month when I queried this I was not given any answers and you continued to take the incorrect amount of money . so basically Vodam has been blessing themselves with my R30 every month .

I want this contract to be terminated with immediate effect and all monies due to me to be paid back into my account with immediate effect , I wish not to do any further business with Vodacom going forth.
