Greedy and ****py Network

I will say this again, vodacom is such a greedy network and they are out to rip people off. I got an email about an upgrade I didn't authorise (I'm the account holder so shouldn't I be called when they extend my contract or upgrade it?). When I ask about the upgrades or quotation I'm told this hasn't gone through and was just done by the system. Yet when it's time to cancel the contract they tell me about an upgrade that is being processed when I haven't even spoken to Vodacom staff about an upgrade.
