Greed and exploitation of people
I feel ****d by vodacom, so I bought a phone online on the 29th November and it was delivered 12th December 2019. So now when I receive calls or when i get a missed call it does caller information then this morning I went to vodacom shop to get help and was told I need to bring ID and I must extra R10 on my contract for them to set it so that I can see or know who is calling me. This was never explained by vodacom before I took the contract.

18 Dec 2019, 00:22Please assist agently I now have who are question why am I not responding to their calls. How do I respond to unknown calls. Vodacom please to exploiting people, why must I pay extra R10 on my contract for caller information? If you explained that before I would have not accepted the contract.
