Great Turnaround!!!

A while ago i wrote a review about Vodacom where i expressed my dissatisfaction with the level of service i received from them. My issue was the performance of their network on my Telkom dual sim phone. To cut the long story short, the videos i downloaded using the Vodacom sim were not good in terms of sound and quality because of the scratches and hence cost me a lot of money as i had to then delete and redownload using my Telkom sim. After that review a Vodacom representative contacted me and expressed their deepest apologies for my situation. i then resigned to the fact that i had to get a single sim phone for my Vodacom sim to work properly, the was simply no indication of a resolution. Re recap on my first angry review my problem with Vodacom wasn't so much the fact that i wasn't able to capitalise on the great Vodacom data deals because of the compatibility issue but the fact the that that information wasn't communicated to me sooner and as expected from such a large and reputable company. I don't get me wrong this review is actually not a complain but rather a praise to Vodacom. After that review little did i know that Vodacom were actually working earnestly to resolve my issue and i am very grateful for that. But again i have an issue with their lack of communication to me to simply inform me that the issue has been resolved. it took me just taking a chance in disabling the Telkom sim card and applying settings for the Vodacom sim and to my surprise , it actually worked, they were app**** successfully unlike before and that's when i realised that something was different. i then took a chance and downloaded a movie with Vodacom and to my excitement the video was clear and sound quality excellent unlike before. i then enabled the Telkom sim and tried downloading again and again i was shocked. Video was perfect. That's when i realised that the issue was resoled. Now i have been using Vodacom ever since my first cellphone with no issues and to me it's actually the best Network in the country, their data deals are simply manna from heaven for me and connection speed and stability is excellent, which is why i was so aggrieved i the first place. But thanks to Vodacom for the great turnaround and resolution. As a result of your excellent response i have taken up a contract with Vodacom for data only which when i tell to my friends and relatives they simply say it's to good to be true and can't believe it. It's the promotional data deal of 30 gig plus additional 20gig daytime and 30gig night (That's 80 gig) , for a fee of only R300a month. Unbelievable right!! So please keep it up and just bear in mind that without that resolution u might have lost a potential customer and who knows how many more. Looking forward to a great next 24 months in a relationship with you.
