Great support

I recently had Vodacom phone and sell a upgrade to my existing phone account. The sales lady was dubious and **** about the service. We only found out about this a month later, when we saw my account has ballooned.

I contacted Vodacom and was helped by Simone. I missed her surname. She was most helpful and a pure delight to deal with. Simone revered the transaction and removed the upgrades.
