Great Staff System Sucks

Really Mixed emotions writing this the Staff their are extremely attentive and listen to your problem and do what they possibly can to resolve the matter at hand.. Ram courier services blame Vodacom and vice versa. Still leaves me in the dark on when I will be receiving my Parcel. Vodacom staff are well trained but are not been given the tools to do their Jobs properly its the sytem that needs to be reviewed.
