Great Staff

I've recently wanted to get a contract for my son, that was only available online, but not in the color he wanted, Vodacom's friendly staff helped me with the exact deal I requested in the color he wanted without any hassles. After I confirmed my order, I received the link with terms and conditions, unfortunately it was a never-ending document that included terms in conditions for all possible Vodacom products, so it just gave me a headache and I could not figure out what applies to me. It was the most confusing thing ever.... luckily when I phone the customer care line, I got through to a friendly staff member that answered all my questions and concerns, even thoug it was after 19:00 at night. Well done to Vodacom's staff.
