GREAT SERVICE - VODACOM UPGRADES
I would like to send a BIG shout out to (JOHAN SPIES - Retention Specialist from Vodacom)
He provided one of the best customer service experience I never came across in a long time.
He was patient, paid attention to details, he was clear in his delivery, he spoke to me with composure, he listened to my request, he executed what I wanted and more, he went out of his way to assist me and gave me the Best Customer Experience worth writing about.
Keep up the good work Johan, it was truly an honour to have had my contract upgraded by you.
