Great service rep

<p>I have to say,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am very despondent with Vodacom, even after being given some recourse after this post (https://hellopeter.com/vodacom/reviews/fed-up- ********** 885)</p> <p> </p> <p>However, I am very impressed with the customer service representitive Cindy Sithole who handled my last enquiry just now. She was extremely informative and was able to answer most of my questions, despite being annoyed about my current service. I was able to understand alot about my current contract situation and if it had been one of the reps I have recently dealt with in the past, I would still be angry and uninformed!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please commend Cindy's excellent service for me</p> <p>Kind Regards</p>
