Great service received

What a pleasure it was to deal with Mosa tonight. We had concerns about the amount sent via email by Vodacom regarding our new Fibre application. We had signed up for the R769.00 uncapped package and all of a sudden we receive a email saying that our monthly cost is R1189.56. I called the number provided for fibre and Mosa took the time to make sure we understood why the prices were different and above that he assisted us step by step with installing our router. He advised that it would take about 30 minutes for the router to work and as soon as our router was active he contacted us to advise us that he would like us to test connectivity. My call was just intended to find out what our monthly instalments was instead we got clarity as well as assistance with installation. Thank you for being client driven Mosa.
