Great Service- Northgate Mall
I am really impressed by the service I received from one of your consultants, Shaun in the Northgate Mall Store. I visited the store 3 months ago and battled to get an issue which was out of his control resolved. I was so frustrated at that time and had even let go of the issue since so much time had lapsed. Today I got a call from him- he had kept my details and kept pestering your Head Office to resolve the issue, I am really impressed by this dedication!!
