Great Service + Great Solution

After experiencing quite a few hiccups with other providers, I decided to give Vodacom a chance and signup for there fibre deals. From the get-go, I loved the fact that I could choose interim LTE access, which gets cancelled as soon as the Fibre is activated.

I placed my order on Sunday, got the paperwork sorted on Monday and by Wednesday RAM was "supposed to" deliver the products. RAM, of course, pulled their normal stunts and said they were here and couldn't find me when in actuality they were just dodging the delivery. Yet, after calling Vodacom they sorted it rather quickly, got my Fibre installed and RAM actually delivered the very next day!

By Thursday mid-day I was online and the internet is stable. The whole process was quick and painless, the LTE has been marked for deletion, customer support was able to help me with all my requests. I can definitely recommend this provider, I just wish they'd choose another delivery service provider.
