It makes such a difference when your sales guys on the floor are a pleasure to deal with. Nadeem assisted me with a transfer of payment, an upgrade and sales with a smile. He was extremely helpful, he kept me updated with the status of the transfer, followed up on the upgrade and helped me get my new WiFi router working.
