Great Service from Mandla Mhlungu

During the system error that took place a few nights back I called the support desk numerous times either for it to be engaged or the line to get cut. Eventually the phone was answered by Mandla who offered amazing service. Even though he was not able to answer my questions he took all my details down and assured me he would get someone to look into it. The best part is that he phoned me the day after to confirm if my problem had been sorted or if there was anything else he could do.
