GREAT SERVICE FROM EMPLOYEE AT VODACOM EASTGATE
Good day, I would like to report on the superb service we received from Sandhya at the Vodacom help centre in Eastgate We returned from overseas yesterday and my wife had put her phone on no roaming when we left SA On our return we attempted to cancel this to no avail We spent more that 40 mins at the Vodacom shop at OR Tambo the lady there could not help. She called the call centre and that person could not solve the problem Sandhya would not give up and eventually sorted the problem out You should wish that you had more persons like her in your employ
